I am Hira, a passionate and student-focused tutor with almost four years of teaching experience, specializing in Biology, and Computer Science

I am a Data Science undergraduate at COMSATS University Islamabad with a strong academic background in Biology and Computer Science. Having initially studied Pre-Medical, I developed a particularly strong foundation in Biology and later transitioned into computing and Data Science. This combination allows me to approach subjects from both a scientific and analytical perspective. I have almost four years of teaching experience, with Biology being my primary area of teaching. I have taught students at different levels, including GCSE, IGCSE, O-Level, A-Level, and FSc. I have also taught Computer Science/ICT at school and secondary levels. My teaching philosophy is centered around conceptual clarity first. I do not believe in simply asking students to memorize information. I break complex topics into smaller, understandable ideas, use real-world examples and visual explanations where appropriate, and make sure the student understands the concept before moving forward. I then reinforce learning through questions, practice, revision, and exam-focused preparation. I also adapt my teaching style according to each student's needs. For students who are struggling with fundamentals, I focus on building their foundation and confidence. For stronger students, I emphasize deeper understanding, application, problem-solving, and exam technique. I aim to create a friendly and interactive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and discussing their difficulties.
